If you purchased a yearbook last year, they will be distributed on the following dates:
High School: Friday, August 22
Summit Hill, Intermediate, and Middle: Next week (8/25-8/29) depending on the campus
2025 Graduates: Yearbooks are ready to be picked up at the HS office.
If you would like to purchase the few remaining copies we have of the 2024-2025 book, they will be available at the high school for $60 (cash or check) while supplies lasts.

If you have multiple students at different campuses please fill out a form for each child.
A parent has the right to withhold/withdraw/decline consent for any health-related service. If consent is declined, the student will not receive the indicated services except in cases of immediate life-threatening emergencies. Parents will be called to pick up their child for assessment and/or treatment at home or outside provider.

Routine health screenings and nursing assessments ( vision, hearing, spinal, & Acanthosis screenings, weight & height as required for screenings, lice checks, vital signs and evaluation/assessment of student health concerns)
First aid, emergency care and medical response(minor injuries, and illness. Wound care allergic reactions. Asthma care, emergency treatment until EMS arrival. Under the influence assessment, Heat illness & injury support for student athletes)
Administration of medication (prescription/non-prescription with separate authorization required)
Management of chronic health conditions (diabetes, asthma, seizures, allergies, etc.)
Health counseling, and education (nutrition, hygiene, clothing changes, disease prevention and general wellness, coordination of health services with outside providers)
En cumplimiento con la SB12, Howe ISD debe informar a los padres sobre los servicios relacionados con la salud que se ofrecen en las escuelas a las que asisten sus hijos. Los servicios pueden ser proporcionados por personal escolar calificado, incluyendo enfermeras y entrenadores atléticos. Este consentimiento no reemplaza un plan de salud individualizado, un plan 504 u otro documento legalmente requerido.
