Help us keep our Bulldogs safe, healthy, and ready to learn!
Howe ISD is reminding all parents and guardians to make sure their student's registration is fully completed in the Parent Portal. While it may seem like just another item on your back-to-school checklist, these forms play an important role in keeping our students safe throughout the school year.
Why Are These Forms So Important?
Our campus nurses rely on the information provided during student registration to care for students safely and effectively. Without completed health forms and necessary parental consent, our nurses may be unable to provide routine medical care or treatment to your child at school.
These forms also help ensure our staff has accurate and up-to-date information when an emergency occurs.
What Should Parents Check?
Please log in to the Parent Portal and verify that the following information and forms have been completed:
Emergency Contacts: Make sure we know who to contact if your child becomes sick or injured.
Health Information: Provide current information about allergies, medical conditions, and other important health needs.
Medication Consent: Complete any required forms authorizing medication administration at school.
Health Services Consent: Ensure the appropriate permissions are on file for your student to receive routine health services.
Take a Few Minutes to Double-Check!
Even if your student has been attending school since August, we encourage every family to take a moment to confirm that all required registration forms are complete.
To review your student's information, visit the Howe ISD website and access the Parent Portal.
If you have questions about health forms or medical consent, please contact your student's campus nurse.
Thank you for helping us keep our Bulldogs healthy and safe. We appreciate your partnership in making sure every student has the care and support they need!
