If you are planning to complete your student teaching or student observation hours at a school campus within the Howe Independent School District, you must complete and submit a student observer/teacher application form, consent form for criminal history background check and a DPS computerized criminal history verification form.

If you would like to student teach at a Howe ISD campus, a letter from your attending college must also be submitted with the forms below.

Please complete and return all forms along with a copy of your current driver's license to the campus principal.
