Welcome to the Howe ISD IT Department

Howe ISD's IT Department serves as an agent of innovation and operational excellence to meet the district's goals.
We are committed to providing our students, teachers, and staff the best possible learning and working environment possible. Our department provides both technical and instructional technology support services five days a week and accepts request 24/7 through our helpdesk portal.
Primary Responsibilities
Infrastructure Services
Maintains the District's wide area network (WAN) and a local area network (LAN) across five campuses and other district facilities. Maintain and proactively plan the procurement and implementation of all IT related systems.
Instructional Technology Services
Bridges the gap between our district curriculum goals and technology initiatives to provide a high quality learning experience in the classroom. Through research, data analysis and best practices in the classroom the Instructional Technology Specialist provides high quality training and resources to ensure our students achieve their highest learning potential.
HelpDesk Services
Supports 1,400+ users and 1,600+ endpoints by providing high quality technical support and management of the Bulldog Connect Student Device Program.
