March 23rd through March 27th is College, Career and Military Week. CCMR is an initiative that helps students explore different career paths and understand the skills and education needed to succeed in their futures—whether that's college, a career, the military, or trade school. Good Afternoon, Summit Hill Families! Due to construction, we will be making a slight change to our traffic pattern during arrival tomorrow morning. Once you drop off your student, you will continue straight into the new parking area to get to the exit. We will have cones and people out there to help everyone get out of the parking lot quickly. Please view the map and thank you for your patience as we grow our campus.

This week during the Great Kindness Challenge, let’s show care for one another with simple acts like starting with clean hands! Handwashing is an easy act of kindness that protects classmates, teachers, staff, and our community from getting sick.

Please remind your student to:

Wash their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds (sing the ABCs or hum a short song!).

Wash before eating, after using the restroom, after recess, and whenever hands are visibly dirty.

Use hand sanitizer when soap and water aren’t available.

Howe ISD has a few angels left to adopt at Summit Hill Elementary School and Howe Middle School! We invite you to stop by and sign one out with the front office. All wrapped gifts must be brought back to the school they were adopted from by December 15th.
