The Bulldog Connect Imitative establishes a connection between four key stakeholders: student, teacher, parents, and our local community. Through this initiative each stakeholder takes advantage of instructional technology in order to maximize student achievement and refine best practices for integration in the classroom.  Bulldog Connect aligns with the district Instructional Technology Plan to meet the goals set forth by the district and IT Department. 

The Bulldog Connect initiative provides every student enrolled at Howe ISD with a personal iPad. Through carefully curated applications, and research-based activities our students will be given an opportunity to succeed in today’s competitive job market and develop lifelong skills.

The IT Department is committed to making sure our families are connected to our district resources. During Family Power Hour families will be given the opportunity to connect with members of the IT Department to learn more about the resource their students use daily. Live Q&A's, video tutorials, and printed articles will be shared throughout our website and social media channels.

The Bulldog Connect initiative facilitates high quality professional development through annual instructional technology conferences. In addition, the EdTech Ambassador program establishes professional learning networks at each campus with an emphasis on technology integration to increase student engagement and achievement in the classroom.
