A Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is an organization composed of parents, teachers, students and staff that is intended to facilitate family involvement in a school. Our PTO supports the connection between effective engagement and academic achievement for all children. We strive to be a powerful voice for all children, a relevant resource for families and communities, and a strong advocate for the education and well-being of every child.
The Howe ISD PTO works toward making every child's potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to provide a voice for our community and children to advocate for a higher level of engagement and communication within our school district. To promote thru an educational program directed toward parents, teachers, & the general public & are developed thru conferences, committees, projects & programs.
