Paper Packet Information
Paper packets are available to pick up at your student's campus on a 2 week basis. All campuses will deliver packets to your car on Monday's (the dates are shown below) from 7-9 a.m., 11:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m., and 4-6:00 p.m. Please observe the following pick-up dates:

Student Email Directions
During the school closure, your teacher will communicate to your child’s email address. All students in Howe ISD have an email address when they enroll: firstname.lastname@example.org . The password for your child’s email address is their 6 digit lunch number. Please click on the guides below to read the steps of how to check your student's email.
K-8 | Online Learning Resources
Parents and students, as Howe ISD adapts to the change brought about by COVID-19 we wanted to let you know the technology resources that are available for you to use and how to access them. On this page you will find resources by grade level for remote learning that will be useful for as long as it is needed by the district.
For grades K-5 the Canvas landing page will be used as a supplement to the paper packet. These resources might include YouTube video lessons, websites, or other online resources which will be sorted by subject area. The paper packets can be picked up and returned on Mondays at any of three different time slots: 7 – 9 AM, 11 AM – 1 PM, and 4 – 6 PM.
At the Middle School the site will be used to contain a digital version of the paper packet if students can print and/or scan from home. The pages will also include similar additional resources as the younger grades also sorted by subject. The pickup and return times for packets at HMS are also every Monday at the following times: 7 – 9 AM, 11:00 AM – 1 PM, and 4 – 6 PM.

9-12 | Learning Management System
High school students will use the Canvas sites as their Learning Management System for all classes to access and submit assignments. Students login to Canvas with their student email address (email@example.com) and student ID as the password.
If students do not have internet access at home, they may pick up a paper copy of assignments in the HHS office on Mondays from: 7 – 9 AM, 11 AM – 1 PM, or 4 – 6 PM.
