  • End-of-Course Graduation Requirements

    Current 9th grade students and 8th grade Algebra 1 students will be taking the state's new End-of-Course assessments beginning this year.  Students currently in 10th grade and above do not fall under the new state requirements.

  • GT Nominations

    Parents of students in grades 5-7 wishing to nominate their children for the Howe Gifted and Talented program may pick up a nomination packet from the Howe Middle School office beginning Monday, February 27th. The completed forms must be returned by Friday, March 9th @ 12:00 p.m. to be considered.

  • Free Immunization Clinic

    FREE immunization clinic on March 30th at all Howe ISD campuses. Parents simply need to fill out the paper work and return it to Nurse Rose by March 23, 2012. To download forms and see a list of immunizations your child may need, click here.

    These FREE immunizations will also be given to the students that have health insurance but with No cost to the family.

  • Spring Break Fitness Challenge

    The Howe ISD Student Health Advisory Council is sponsoring the Spring Break Fitness Challenge.  Click here for more details.

    How it works:  Students (and family) pledge to exercise during Spring Break.  The students  that complete the challenge and turn in the tracking sheet will be eligible for prizes.

  • TEA Rating
     Howe ISD has been rated Recognized by TEA for the 2010-2011 school years.  All campuses received a Recognized rating from TEA for the 2010-11 school years.
