Recently we were contacted by a lady in the area who had purchased a movie reel on eBay that was part of the Arthur J. Higgins film collection.  It was made in December of 1938.  Mr. Higgins can be seen helping students out the door and encouraging them to wave at the camera.  The film is a marvelous look back in time in Howe, Texas.
