Information for Student Teachers and Student Observers
If you are planning to complete your student teacher or student observation hours at a school campus with the Howe Independent School District, you must complete and submit a student observer/teacher application form, consent form for criminal history background check and a DPS computerized criminal history verification form.
**If you would like to student teach at a Howe ISD campus you also will need a letter from your attending college submitted with the forms below.
Please print the forms from the links provided below, complete and return all forms and a copy of your current driver's license to the campus principal.
